Code of conduct

The Code of Conduct adopts the principles of the UN Global Compact Initiative and formulates minimum standards in five major areas: TUI’s basic values, respect and honesty, adherence to the law, ethical standards and business methods, and social responsibility.

To ensure a consistent, professional behaviour, we have developed a Code of Conduct, which is to be regarded as the guiding principle by all employees, namely the executive board, managing directors, managers and all staff in the Group.


Compliance for TUI means the adherence to legislation, laws and bylaws, internal rules and standards, and voluntary self-commitments.
